    Abstract: 在晶圓代工產業都面臨到全球市場供過於求的產量,及國外大廠毛利緊縮的壓力,高成長高獲利的榮景已不復見。人事成本占據晶圓代工廠的成本支出一定的比例,在過去工廠對於生產線的人力配置憑藉著經驗法則或事後檢討來修改人力配置策略,若能藉由資訊系統計算出相關數據以及改善方案,將可提供決策者在進行決策時的評估指標。
    本研究主要針對砷化鎵晶圓代工廠的人力配置,運用模型建構與模擬的技術,結合存貨管理的概念,採用Arena模擬軟體建立生產人力之模型,利用模擬軟體內建之功能,自動求出生產人力成本最佳解,並且找出現況生產人力管理系統中最佳管制上下限。此外,使用電腦模擬軟體,只要模型建構完成後,若想要了解不同的生產條件變更,對於系統面有何影響,只需調整所需參數值,即可快速觀察相對應之各項輸出變化以做為決策參考之優點,此點非常適合生產人力管理在實務面上之應用。
    ;Recently, because of the supply exceeds the demand, and the gross margin of foreign crop is reduced, low growth and low profit are the two main difficulties that face all the semiconductor fab industry. A big rate of cost is always held by personnel cost. Instead of relying on experience or hindsight, if we could estimate relevant data and draw up a strategy of manpower allocation and solution by information system, we can offer the Evaluation Indicator for decision makers to make decision.
    This research will focus on manpower allocation of GaAs fab production. We would use the technique of modeling and simulation, the concept of inventory management, and Arena simulation software to figure out the best range of production status of manpower resources management system. Moreover, after building the model, if we want to know what will effect in different issue, we can easily and quickly get the result to make decisions by changing specific parameters on this computer simulation software. It is a very important point for easily managing manpower resource.
