公路的基本資料包括了公路的路權範圍中的實體設施及交控設施,如果能擁有一套完整的資料庫及資料查詢平台,對於公路系統的規劃、管理而言是非常有利的工具。 本研究目前透過了免費的Google Earth做為工具收集台帳資料,並且利用團隊中的鋪面管理系統做為開發平台,建立關聯性資料庫,建置模組為歷年養護資料及台帳資料的資訊查詢平台,透過簡單的條件檢索功能就可立即呈現所需的資料。 在本研究裡,有針對資料的建置步驟及建置方法規劃的整套流程,將資料藉由網頁式的匯入介面將歷年養護資料做完整進行資料建檔,匯入介面係由各段提供的養護資料格式作為參考,將所需建檔資料依序規劃出對應欄位以便使用者使用。研究透過Google Earth將公路的座標與道路基本資料進行連結,建立關聯性資料庫後可以藉由於資訊平台上里程數的檢索,獲取到該里程的圖像資訊、養護標案資訊。建立此一完整的公路基本資料管理工具,就可提升公路主管機關清查所得基本資料之使用管理效率。 ;The highway inventory database includes traffic control facilities and control center. If we can develop a Query Information Platform with the database of highways, it will be very useful for highway planning and management. This research uses the database of Google earth, and uses pavement management system developed by our group, and create a Relational Database, using maintenance records as basic data, and with the Query Information Platform, we can call out the information we needed instantly. There are a few progresses to create the database in this program, the database is imported by using a website interface and the data are integrated, the website interface uses the format of maintenance records as a reference, it is easier for users to import or call out the data. The roads of this research are connected with Google Earth’s coordinates, creating a Relational Database, and we can use the mileage to get images and maintenance records with it. With a complete pavement management system, it can improve the management efficiency of the authorities.
