    Title: 建立再生劑回復效益評估模式之研究;A study on Establishing Performance Evaluation of Recycled Asphalt Mixed with Recycling Agents

    Abstract: 根據交通部統計處資料顯示,台灣地區每年道路總長持續攀升,目前已達42520公里,反映出每年瀝青鋪面經維修後所產出之刨除料年產量也持續增加,其堆置問題日益嚴重,再生瀝青混凝土(Recycled asphalt concrete, RAC)雖已推行多年,能節省成本,也符合廢棄物再利用之觀念與政策,近年來更成為鋪面工程界流行之趨勢,但再生瀝青混凝土鋪面經反覆的刨除再利用,導致刨除料材料性質不均,刨除料再生再利用的影響因子變異劇烈的情形下,國內外已有諸多研究表示添加再生劑能有效提升再生瀝青混凝土之耐久性,但國內瀝青拌合廠對添加後之成效仍存有疑慮。
    本研究主要目的在探討再生劑添加後對老化瀝青膠泥是否確實進行回復作用,以化性分析為主、流變分析為輔之方式,對再生劑及軟化劑進行相關試驗,各項試驗結果皆顯示添加再生劑之試驗組結果優於添加軟化劑。本研究進一步以官能基面積建立一回復效益指數,由試驗結果可知,當再生瀝青混凝土數值小於3.0時可判定其添加之再生劑幾乎不具回復能力,或數值大於8.0則顯示此再生劑有一定的回復能力,其再生瀝青混凝土鋪面也具有較佳耐久性,另外在成份指數方面,則建議數值須大於2.3,確保再生劑確實補充刨除料散失之成份。
    ;According to the Statistics Department of Ministry of Transportation, the data showing that the total length of road in Taiwan is increasing each year, and currently reaching 42,520 km. The annual maintenance of asphalt pavement reflects that output of eliminating material has continued to increase. Although recycled asphalt concrete has been implemented for many years, which can save costs and also in line with the concept of reuse of waste policy. But the repeated re-use of recycled asphalt concrete pavement has causing the nature of the material to be inequality. There are many Domestic and international studies showing that adding recycling agents can effectively enhance the durability of Recycled asphalt concrete. But there are still doubts about the effectiveness of domestic asphalt mixing factory for adding the recycling agents.
    The main purpose of this study to explore recycling agents after adding mastic asphalt aging effects is indeed reply. Chemical analysis of the main ways to experiment, rheological analysis supplemented. The test results are displayed recycling agents better than softener. Further analysis of the functional group to the area to establish recovery efficiency index. From the test results, when the value is less than 3.0 to determine the recycling agent to add is almost no recovery ability. When the value is greater than 8 show this recycling agent has a certain recovery ability, which recycled asphalt concrete pavement also has better durability. Also in Component Index, the proposed value must be greater than 2.3 to ensure recycling agents really complement RAP loss of ingredients.
