    Title: 探討紅光光照與添加單萜類化合物對牛樟芝生產三萜類之影響

    Abstract: 牛樟芝為食用藥菇中的一種,食用藥菇最吸引人的地方在其抗癌、抗腫瘤的效果,而牛樟芝的價值在其含有多種類的特殊三萜類,是其它植物、菇類所沒有;經實驗證實其主要的功能為:抗癌、抗氧化、抑制組織胺釋放、防止過敏、促進肝功能、促進血小板凝集、以及降血脂,防止中老年人發生心血管疾病等,而能成為國人近年來最熱門的保健食品。
    先前的研究利用紅光與藍光照射牛樟芝,結果發現紅光能提昇牛樟芝的具體生長,而本實驗為了有效增加牛樟芝菌之三萜類產量,與提升生產效率,利用紅光照射及添加單萜類物質在液態發酵中觀察其結果:
    (1) 添加單萜類物質會些微抑制牛樟芝菌體生長;然配合紅光光照後,能使牛樟芝生長菌重提升。
    (2) 添加單萜類物質可使牛樟芝三萜類產物上升,再配合紅光光照可使其三萜類產物再提升 16.7%。
    (3)單萜類物質檸檬烯與異松油烯,以添加檸檬烯 3 mL/L 配合紅光光照對牛樟芝生產三萜類產量為最佳。;In order to study effectively increase the triterpenoids of Antrodia cinnamomea production and increase production efficiency, this study will explore the influence of light and the addition of the Monoterpenoids on liquid fermentation, results were as follows:
    (1) Adding Monoterpenes will slightly inhibited cell growth of Antrodia cinnamomea. However, with the red light, the dry cell weight can grow heavy.

    (2) Adding Monoterpenes (limonene and Terpinolene)will make triterpenoids product rising, coupled with the red light allows it to further enhance the product triterpenoids 16.7%.

    (3) Adding limonene 3 mL / L with the red light on triterpenoids production yield is best.
