    Abstract: 在鋼床版上舖設改質瀝青混凝土在國外已成功使用20多年,國內基於交通功能及提供舒適行車考量,及公路工程路形、地形、景觀設計美化等需要,常需要在鋼橋之鋼床版上直接舖設改質瀝青混凝土,含高斯瀝青混凝土(Guss Asphalt),以承受不斷增加之交通荷重、並提供舒適之柔性舖面。 台灣近10年來曾陸續在公路橋之鋼床版橋面上,直接舖設瀝青混凝土,但經一段時間後,造成舖面產生許多縱向裂縫,必需進行整修,可能受使用材料、工法和超載影響,需增加金錢、人力、資源等維護成本,才能維持橋樑道路通暢使用,故在道路工程建設上,實有必要集思廣議提高技術,以克服及改善此一缺點。 本研究參考國內及國外文獻,及實際施工經驗與心得,整理在鋼床版舖設改質瀝青混凝土有關相關規範、配比分析、生產管制、施工管制、成效檢驗、成本分析、維修管理等項目,以提供工程界與學術界參考。 In foreign country, the techniques of modified asphalt on bridge steel bed has been successfully developed twenty years ago. Under the considerations of heavy traffic, driving comfort, linearity of highway, topography, landscape design et al., it is necessary to construct pavement using modified Asphalt or Guss Asphalt on steel bed of bridge to resist heavy traffic and offer a comfortable service at the same time. In the past ten years, engineers in Taiwan used to construct pavement with modified Asphalt on steel bed of bridge. However, many longitudinal cracks occur on road surface after opening to use for short time. This may be owing to the material, construction method, heavy traffic et al. It needs a lot of maintenance cost, labor power and some other resources to keep the pavement service of bridge. Therefore, it is necessary to develop some new techniques to overcome this problem. This research will focus on collect domestic and overseas references, practical construction experiences, specification of the modified asphalt pavement on bridge steel bed, mixture design, quality control, construction control, cost analysis and maintenance et al. By analysis and comparison about the above factors, we hope the result can offer some new information to the practical construction engineering.
