    Title: 具交聯結構之磺酸化聚醚醚酮(酮) 高分子質子傳導膜之開發與製備;Branch-shaped sulfonated poly(ether ketone)s as proton exchange membranes

    Abstract: 本研究利用有機反應合成一系列具有四醇基酮之聚醚醚酮高分 子,將直鏈結構之聚醚醚酮變化為交聯結構狀,並引進不同具有磺酸 基團之單體,期望將親疏水相分離,藉此得到最適合應用於燃料電池 的質子交換膜。 此一系列交聯高分子在不失去其優良的熱穩定性、物理性質與機 械強度情況下,交聯狀結構成功的降低了聚醚醚酮在高濕度下水膨潤 與尺寸變化率過高的情況,並在操作溫度 25oC 下可得到平均 10-2S/cm 的傳導度,並且於 70oC 高溫下更可進一步達到10-1S/cm 的表現。 其中 B-Np-SPEEKK 在 80oC 之熱水中,尺寸變化率只有 29% , 並且傳導度更可達到 0.12S/cm 的水準。因此交聯狀聚醚醚 酮具有成為新型燃料電池之質子交換膜的潛力。 A series of branched and cross-linked poly(ether ketone)s were synthesized by aromatic nucleophilic substitution reaction. The branching and cross-linking were effective to improve the dimensional stability under wet condition without losing their high thermal, oxidative, and hydrolytic stability. The membranes exhibited high conductivity of 10-1 S/cm at 70oC、100% RH, and 10-2S/cm at 25oC、100% RH equally. Especially B-Np-SPEEKK membrane exhibited low swelling ratio (29% deformation), and exhibited high conductivity of 0.12S/cm at 70oC、 100RH. The results exhibited these branched and cross-linked ionomer membranes are possible to become new type proton exchange membranes in fuel cell.
