我們在四併環噻吩接上兩條十五烷基,以增加溶解度,再利用此一溶解度較佳的四併環噻吩分別與二併環、三併環噻吩、四併環和其本身進行聚合反應,我們已經開發出P4TR2-2T (1)、P4TR2-3T (2)、P4TR2 (3)和P4TR2-4T四種有機高分子半導體,期能藉由高共振系統的架構,得到較好的分子排列情形,提升元件之載子移動率。目前利用溶液製程進行電性量測,其中P4TR2-3T載子移動率可達0.02 cm2/Vs,P4TR2-2T載子移動率可達0.01 cm2/Vs。 Via the stille coupling of the more soluble tetrathienoacene (TTA) unit with thieno[3,2-b]thiophene, dithieno[3,2-b:2′,3′-d]thiophene, thieno- [3,2-b]thieno[2',3':4,5]thieno[2,3-d]thiophene and 4TR2, P4TR2-2T, P4TR2-3T and P4TR2 have been developed. Using the solution process, P4TR2-3T exhibited a field-effect mobility of 0.02 cm2/Vs and P4TR2-2T exhibited a field-effect mobility of 0.02 cm2/Vs.
