    Abstract: 本論文以PQ感光物質摻雜於MMA溶液形成為感光高分子光學壓克力材料PQ:PMMA以及利用雙光束(532 nm)干涉系統在感光材料中寫下空間上週期性折射率變化,製作成穿透式體積布拉格光柵,並將穿透式PQ:PMMA體積布拉格光柵作為錐形半導體放大器(980 nm)外腔式反射鏡,成功窄化雷射輸出光譜半高全寬0.112 pm,以及在971.42 nm~993.26 nm (21.48 nm)範圍之內可調變輸出雷射波長,並且利用兩個PQ:PMMA體積布拉格光柵於錐形放大器作為外腔式反射鏡回饋錐形放大器輸出雙波長雷射。
    ;In this thesis, PQ photosensitive material is doped in MMA solution and becomes a photosensitive polymer optical material (PQ:PMMA). Then, a two-beam interference (532 nm) system is used to produce spatial periodic refractive index changes in the photosensitive PQ:PMMA. Thus, a transmitting volume Bragg grating is then made. After that, a tapered amplifier laser (980 nm) uses the PQ:PMMA transmitting grating as a cavity mirror to narrow the laser output line width FWHM to 0.112 pm. The tapered amplifier laser has a tunable output wavelength between 971.42 nm and 993.26 nm (21.48 nm).
    Finally, using two PQ:PMMA transmitting volume Bragg gratings as cavity mirrors to feedback the tapered amplifier laser (980 nm), simultaneous output of two wavelengths (979.42 nm and 986.23 nm) can be achieved.
