    Abstract: 藉由非破壞性檢測技術(導電度量測與超音波檢測)探討微量銀對Al-4.6Cu-0.3Mg合金之微結構與機械性質影響的關連性;結果顯示經T6時效熱處理,合金之機械性質(硬度與拉伸強度)均隨銀含量增加而升高,而延性則反之;而在銀含量低於0.9wt%時,強化相(Ω+θ′)之析出量隨著銀含量增加而上升,同樣的,合金之相對導電度與相對聲波速度也顯現相同之趨勢,其增幅與微結構、機械性質之變化趨勢吻合;顯示非破壞性檢測技術(導電度與超音波量測),能作為含銀量對Al-4.6Cu-0.3Mg合金之微結構與機械性質影響的有效評估方法,且導電度量測較超音波測量更能靈敏的偵測強化相之析出。;With non-destructive testing technology (electrical conductivity and ultrasonic testing), explore the correlation between silver with the microstructure and mechanical properties of Al-4.6Cu-0.3Mg alloy; The results showed that the alloys after T6 aging treatment, the mechanical properties (hardness and tensile strength) were increased with silver. The amount of precipitation phase (Ω + θ ′) are increased with increasing silver content when silver is less than 0.9wt%, Similarly, the relative conductivity and relative ultrasonic speed show the consistent trend. Showing that non-destructive testing technology (conductivity and ultrasonic testing) can explore silver content of Al-4.6Cu-0.3Mg alloys with microstructure and mechanical properties. In addition, for the precipitation phase detection ,electrical conductivity measurement is more sensitive than ultrasound measurements.
