本文為探討超音波振動方式輔助等通道彎角擠製(ECAE)對試片成型力與機械性質之影響,為了達到研究目標,參考Christopher[30]及島川政憲[31]之書籍和使用有限元素軟體輔助設計橫向超音波系統,本文設計之超音波振動加載方式分為軸向超音波、橫向超音波和同時進行軸向超音波與橫向超音波,探討不同超音波加載方式,對試片經過ECAE後的成型力、硬度和表面粗糙度之研究。 研究成果顯示,施加超音波輔助ECAE,不管是使用軸向或橫向或軸向加橫向的超音波加載,皆能在成型力、硬度和表面粗糙度上獲得良好的改善。 ;This study investigates how the forming force and mechanical property of specimen are influenced by equal channel angular extrusion(ECAE) that applied with the different ultrasonic ways. To complete the research, the reference are taken from Christopher[30] and Simakawa Masanori[31] in order to design the lateral ultrasonic system; moreover, the finite element method have also been used in the design. This study present the design of ultrasonic system applies in axial direction, lateral direction, and the combination of both directions. As when different ultrasonic directions are added via ECAE, the changes of forming force、hardness、and surface roughness of specimen will also be discussed below. However, the result shows that ultrasonic assists on ECAE obtain a great improvement on forming force、hardness、surface roughness.
