    Title: 利用Webcam與雷射光建立量測批次式生物處理系統之水位、MLSS濃度、SS濃度及污泥沉澱速度光學量測裝置之研究

    Abstract: 批次式的生物處理系統在每個運程中會有不同之操作相,在每個操作相皆有不同之生化反應,在控制轉相時須確保反應已進行完成或達到一個反應階段,故在系統中須包含一個即時監測系統。連續進流的系統中因廢水處理體積會隨著時間而改變,要了解槽體中各種物質質量的增減與好氧相需氧量之計算,皆需要水體體積作為計算參數。在單個運程中量測各運作相之MLSS濃度,可了解在單個運程中微生物的生長質量,比較在每個運程中厭氧相之初始濃度,即可計算每個運程微生物的生長質量。而一個處理系統亦須注重其排放水出流水質是否符合標準,SS濃度是排放標準的一個重要的指標,故監測系統亦須包含SS濃度的量測。目前大多以市售的儀器作為監測MLSS與SS濃度之監測方法,單一支的MLSS感測器只能量測固定高度的濃度值不能隨著水位的變動而量測水體表面的MLSS與SS濃度值,且亦不能隨時量測污泥的沉澱速度。本研究欲以光學量測的方式建立一套能量測水位、MLSS濃度、SS濃度及沉澱速度之量測裝置。以雷射光與Webcam作為建置量測裝置之元件,藉由拍攝雷射光投射至水體後之水體影像,利用光譜分析與影像分析技術,以所獲得的資訊來量測水位、MLSS濃度、水體中不同深度的SS濃度、及污泥沉澱速度,能以相對較為簡便的量測裝置提供多種的監測資訊,且能提供市售MLSS感測器及其所無法監測之污泥沉澱速度監測資訊。目前水位量測之最大差異百分比在0.7%以內,而MLSS量測差異百分比在10%以內,SS濃度量測差異百分比為22.9%,且能判斷量測出污泥沉澱速度的快慢。;In this study, to establish a optical measurement device to measuring water level ,MLSS concentration, SS concentration and Sedimentation rate。
    The measuring device used laser light and Webcam as a component of the building。Use of spectral analysis and image analysis techniques to obtained information ,and used the information measuring water level ,MLSS concentration, SS concentration and Sedimentation rate。Can be relatively simple measuring device for monitoring a variety of information。Furthermore, the measuring device can provide sludge sedimentation rate information that general MLSS sensor unable to monitor。
    The biggest percentage difference between the measured amount of water in less than 0.7%, while the percentage difference between MLSS measurements within 10%, SS concentration measured was 22.9% difference in percentage, and can be measured to determine the amount of sludge settling the pace。
