    摘要: 研究期間:10301~10312;Information on crop monitoring and assessment with satellite data is important for devising strategies that ensure food security at different levels of local, national, and global scales. International collaboration in global agricultural monitoring activities not only enhances professional experiences, but also integrates the data collection. A long-term plan of international cooperation of such a project is thus necessarily required. To sharpen ongoing project activities, the following tasks must be implemented: (1) to facilitate comparisons in terms of pros and cons between various crop models; (2) to evaluate the accuracy of data products (e.g., data fusion and data integration) for JECAM agricultural monitoring activities;(3) to attend the 2014 JECAM annual convention held in Canada with respecting knowledge exchange and discussions for the future collaboration; (4) to carry out the Asia-RiCE collaboration of phase 1b, including participating in the regular teleconference, and submitting a proposal of satellite data acquisition; (5)to hold an international workshop on the applications of remote sensing technology for crop monitoring and assessment. Thus, experts from different countries in Asia region will be invited to give talks and share professional experiences; and (6) To investigate the most popular models of global crop yield with remote sensing technology.
