Abstract:	本實驗是以二氧化碳雷射輔助電漿激發式化學氣相沉積二氧化矽。以輸出不同波長及不同功率的二氧化碳雷射斜向照射在矽基板上，利用電漿激發式化學氣相沉積非晶形二氧化矽薄膜。比較以同波長不同功率與同功率不同波長的二氧化碳雷射輔助電漿激發式化學氣相沉積及以電漿激發式化學氣相沉積所沉積出薄膜的特性。藉由相關的量測分析，以了解以不同波長同功率與不同功率同波長的二氧化碳雷射輔助電漿激發式化學氣相沉積法及電漿激發式化學氣相沉積法所沉積出來的薄膜品質。
