    Title: 利用側推分析法建立RC建築物易損性曲線之研究-以五層樓實際公寓建築為例

    Abstract: 易損性曲線為快速評估結構物地震損傷程度之重要參考指標,本研究應用一棟桃園地區實際5層樓建築案例,透過非線性靜力側推分析(pushover analysis)方法輔助,並參考住宅地震保險基金(Taiwan Residential Earthquake Insurance Fund)建議之構件損害係數,以及考量構件修復成本的影響,建立出真實RC房屋結構之易損性曲線。為探討其合理性,該曲線將與Hazus-MH MR5規範及TREIF建議之評估結果進行分析及比較。
    分析結果顯示:(1) 由案例分析結果得知,Sa達0.34g時,TREIF視為全損理賠,但SDI須在Sa超過0.55g,方達全損理賠標準,表示本案例採用TREIF理賠標準對保戶較為有利。(2)本研究將構件修復成本納入梁柱權重分配之考量,其結果較採用等權進行分析合理。(3)由案例分析結果顯示,Hazus-MH MR5高等級規範所建立的易損性曲線,較符合本研究案例之損傷情形。
    ;Fragility curve is an important index to assess the damage degree of structures under earthquake excitations. An example to build the fragility curve is applied in this study with a practical five floors reinforced concrete structure. Pushover analysis method, some suggested parameters of damage from Taiwan Residential Earthquake Insurance Fund (TREIF), and the influence of repair cost are all considered herein. The built fragility curve will be compared with that from Hazus-MH MR5 code and TREIF.
    The results show: (1) In the benchmark of claim from TREIF, the Sa value is larger than 0.34g.But the same mechanism will occurred until the Sa value is over 0.55g in this study. (2) The use of different weights for beam and column shows the more reasonable result in comparison with that for the equivalent weights; (3) The fragility curve built in this study is close to that from Hazus-MH MR5 in high-code.
