橋梁的耐久性及生命週期與環境腐蝕因子息息相關,世界各國面 對橋梁使用壽命及安全性問題皆非常重視,特別是濱海橋梁更容易因 為環境的影響產生劣化及缺陷,所以更需要特別考慮橋梁所在環境、 位置及造成腐蝕的原因。 目前國內均以「臺灣地區橋梁管理系統」來記錄橋梁的損壞劣化 狀況,以作為橋梁管理的資料庫。我們可以藉由橋梁檢測來檢查橋梁 的使用狀況,一般濱海橋梁都有可能遇到混凝土劣化損壞及鋼結構腐 蝕的情形,而混凝土劣化我們可以透過一般常見的混凝土修復工法來 修復,也可以透過陰極防蝕的方式減緩混凝土結構的劣化。在鋼結構 部分則常使用鋅鋁熔射工法來作為防蝕塗裝,探究其效果不佳的原因 與其環境特性有著很大的關聯性。因此,本研究利用模擬濱海橋梁環 境下塗料的耐蝕性試驗,來驗證厚塗型塗料(聚脲)應用於濱海橋梁鋼構 防蝕的適用性,利用其高膜厚的特性阻絕水氣,延長排水路徑減緩水 份及污染物質入侵,其中評估項目包括:起泡等級、粉化程度、附著 性、耐磨耗性、抵抗銹蝕擴張性等,以期能解決目前濱海橋梁養護困 難及維護經費龐大的窘境。;Durability and life cycle of bridge are closely connected with the environmental corrosion, every single country seriously face the durable years and safety issues of bridge, especially the coastal bridges. therefore, environment, location and the factor of corrosion are deeply considered. Now, Taiwan is using ”Taiwan Bridge Management System” to record the damage status of bridges. Base on bridge inspection, we notice that the most issues are damage concrete and corrosion of steel structure. normally we use the general concrete repair method and the method of Cathodic protection for slow down the concrete from damage. Often used thermal spraying of zinc-aluminum alloy in steel as a construction method anti-corrosion coating. Discuss the relevance and effectiveness of the reasons for poor construction characteristics between, this study simulated bridges in the seaside environment corrosion coatings test.To verify the thick coating type coating (polyurea) is applied to the applicability of the coastal bridge steel corrosion.
