本研究經由文獻探討、整合相關學者之研究、建構理論架構，並選擇以經營建築業之營造廠為研究對象，採問卷及專家訪問方式，以了解㆗衛體系之發展情形及核心產品服務與差異化競爭策略之關係，並將所收集之資料統計分析後，藉由個案研究進行實際驗證。本研究的重要發現： 1、班底乃㆗衛體系發展基礎，亦是取得差異化持久競爭優勢的後盾。 2、差異化競爭策略係以區域性顧客需求為著眼，以提供個性化及多樣化，並統合研發創新而成之差異化產品服務，以提昇客戶忠誠度；在景氣低靡時，考量成本限制，與低成本策略作彈性配合以提昇競爭力，獲得差異利潤之附加價值，並加速研發創新，以形成進入障礙與避免被快速模仿，而取得競爭優勢。 3、客戶理性之意見回饋係差異化競爭策略之動力，以訪調及實例均獲得驗證。 4、差異化競爭策略對於營造廠之業務量有顯著正向關係，且客戶抱怨率亦明顯降低。 5、差異化競爭策略可掙脫同業完全競爭之價格戰，進而獲得同業間較高之差異利潤。 This study discuss from references, making up the study of scholar. And this study setup the frame of theory, choice the construction factory of building to study, and investigate from general and professional to understand the develop of center-satellite and the serve of the main produce with diversity contention of the tactic. We gather statistics all information to analyze, and prove the movement environment by real case. In this study, we find the important truths: 1.Core supply base is the developing basic of center-satellite, and also the background to increase the diversity contention of the tactic. 2.Diversity contention of the tactic is point in local customer, to provide personality characteristics and diversification. We make the creating study of diversity contention of product serving together, in use to promote customer’s faithfulness, we think about the limit of cost in the economical hard time, and elastically to match up the low cost for increasing competitiveness and earn the gains move. We promote the step to create study for keeping off the enter handicap and not to be others imitate too fast, and we can increase the predominance of the tactic. 3.The rational suggestions from the customers are the power for the diversity contention of the tactic, and it will be proved from visiting and many really cases. 4.Diversity contention of the tactic has the proportion relation to the business of construction factory, and the customers will not complain clearly. 5.Diversity contention of the tactic can avoid increasing the competitive price from the same trade, and get more then the same trade.
