    Abstract: 文件在企業組織中扮演一個非常重要的角色,從管理資訊系統的領域來看,文件亦是一項需要管理的重要資源,傳統的文件管理方式有儲存空間、保管、傳遞、查詢、分享及移轉的問題,對於凡事講求效率的今天已不敷需求,如何將組織中的文件資產與網際網路技術相結合以解決上述的問題,將使企業組織在管理及決策上更能掌握時效。 營造產業相關公司行號林立,組織規模相對較小,產業環境十分競爭,對資訊技術及資訊化程度亦相對較低,加以其組織屬分散性質型態及工務文件特殊的特性及需求,應是適合以網站作為文件保存、集中管理的機制,並藉由網際網路無遠弗屆的特性,達到查詢無距離、地域的機動性,使營建工程專業知識之運用更精準及有效率,並解決以往因工程完工後資料移轉不易的難題。 營建公司在應用群組軟體(Groupware)或使用兩層式(Two-tier)架構開發管理系統方面,皆有不適用於中小型企業及無法運用於網際網路致擴充性不足的缺點。因此希望透過本研究,能建立一套實用並適合國內大多數營建公司工地使用之工務文件網路化管理資訊系統,使文件管理可以更有系統及自動化,並能有效的進行文件整理、整合及滿足精確的儲存、修改、查詢、瀏覽、傳承、分享等目標。 本研究雖以唐榮公司營建部為例,然因規劃首重制定統一的標準作業平台,及開發屬於「低門檻」的需求架構,也就是以員工最普遍使用的MS Office套裝軟體作業習性及最少的建置成本前題下,應可將其架構稍加修改而推展至其它營建公司,以取代傳統文件的管理方式。 Files and documentation plays an important role in the corporate organization. From a management information system point of view, files are important resources that require systematic management. Traditional filing system encounters problem such as room storage, safekeeping, searching, sharing and transferring. The manual filing method already can not meet the demand in today's competitive environment where speed and efficiency are stressed. How to collaborate a company’s file assets to IT network and find the total solution for the problems stated above will therefore enhance efficiency in management and strategic decision in a corporate organization. Most construction companies are of small to mid-sized scale organization doing business in a competitive environment. There are less requirements for IT technology and computerization in the office. Yet, construction projects are usually conducted in various sites and based on the special nature and requirement of construction’s documentation or blueprint, website would provide a solution for proper storage and centralized management for all files. Website network offers and allows employees to operate a upload and download large files and there are no restrictions in database enquiry from any location. Thus providing accurate and efficient solution for accurate usage of construction professional information and also solving the difficulties of transferring files once project is completed. Construction companies using either Groupware software or Two-tier management systems, have faced not accepted by small enterprise and internet. Which has a shortcomings on expanding. Therefore, this research study can establish a construction files network management system for systematic and automatic files management that can be used in most local construction companies. As a result, management, consolidation, accurate storage, amendment, searching, sharing of files objective is achieved. Even though this research has used Tang Eng Company Construction Department as the case study. We plan the unity standard and the demand of the lowest requestment first. Under the pretext of using MS Office system software prevalently used by office employees and the least capital expenditure, the structure can be amended and market to other construction companies to replace the traditional filing systems.
