    Abstract: 論文摘要 在本論文中以氮氧化矽做為波導結構,並詳細介紹陣列波導光柵AWG(array waveguide grating)元件的設計原理,且使用光波導數值模擬軟體Beam PROP來輔助完成設計的工作。在元件的設計上,完成了1 8和1 32通道陣列波導光柵元件的分析模擬,且為了要克服輸入雷射光的不穩定、串接陣列波導光柵元件和環境溫度造成頻譜上的偏移,所以在輸入端加上多模干涉MMI(multimode intereference)以達成輸出頻譜平坦化的效果,並增加頻譜偏移的容忍度。於本文中亦設計一維光子晶體的濾波器能夠將其餘的光反射以使波長為1550nm的光穿透達成濾波的效果。 Analysis the flat-top of array waveguide and one-dimension photonic crystal
