    Title: 半導體廠房毒化物氣體偵測器校正作業最佳化之研究

    Abstract: 半導體廠內所使用的化學品、毒性氣體種類多且愈來愈複雜,關注的細節也愈來愈多,若發生洩漏事故將會擴散及影響到附近所有人員身體健康,故廠房內必須設置氣體洩漏警報偵測器,而氣體偵測器具有同步偵測、即時發出警報的功能;務必要確認偵測器的讀值準確可靠,否則可能因誤警報而造成更大的損失,故偵測器必須定期針對Sensor進行校正,現實的工作環境之下,此類校正作業之工作大多發包予廠商負責,校正指派常依據經驗來安排,並根據處理商的合約規範以及現有的資源進行人員校正指派作業,較缺乏以系統化、科學化之分析做整體考量,易造成校正人員校正數量、作業區域分配不平均,並有失公平原則。
    有鑑於此,本研究為解決上述問題,故利用數學線性0-1整數規劃方法,針對校正作業人員指派所需要之需求及限制條件進行設定,規劃出一套適合校正人力指派最佳化之數學整數規劃模式,利用Office Excel 2007輸入各項參數資料及輸出執行結果,再利用LINGO12.0套裝軟體進行求解。除可達到校正作業其人員公平指派之目的,也可幫助決策者進行更有效率的指派規劃,更可因人力數量條件之不同或限制條件改變,來進行各參數調整設定,重新規劃及調整校正人員之指派。;The chemicals and poisonous gases in the semi-conductor factories are getting more diversified and complicated, so more and more details are concerned. If leakage accident occurs, it will diffuse and impact the physical health of all personnel nearby. Thus, the plant must be equipped with gas leakage sensors, which should have the functions of synchronous detection and real-time alarming. Moreover, it must confirm the value read on the sensor is accurate and reliable, or it may cause greater loss due to the false alarming. Therefore, the sensor should be conducted with calibration periodically. In practice, such calibration operation is usually performed by the manufacturer, and the calibration assignment is arranged based on the experience. The calibration personnel are assigned based on the vendor’s contractual terms and the existing resources. It lacks overall consideration based on systematic and scientific analysis, which may easily result in uneven distribution and unfairness in terms of the calibration personnel, calibration quantity, and operation region.
    In view of this, to resolve above problems, the study uses the mathematical linear 0-1 integer Programming method to set the requirements and limitations for assigning the calibration personnel, and finally work out a mathematic integer planning model applicable to optimizing the calibration personnel assignment. It inputs various parameter data and outputs the execution results by using Office Excel 2007, and then calculates the solution by using LINGO12.0 software package. Besides achieving the purpose of assigning calibration personnel fairly, it can also help the decision-makers perform assignment and planning more efficiently. Moreover, the parameters can be adjusted or set based on different manpower or limitations, so as to re-plan and adjust the assignment of calibration personnel.
