台灣地區的GPS觀測網設立20多年來已有300多個連續站,但一直沒有系統性的對資料品質進行定量的監控及分析。國外許多GNSS (GPS)資料管理中心(如SOPAC, UNAVCO等)都routine的對資料品質進行長期監控,使測站管理單位能儘早發現並解決相關問題,以提供使用者可信賴的原始資料。本研究提出使用TEQC軟體 (Estey and Meerterns, 1999),對台灣連續GPS觀測站的每日RINEX資料進行品質控制(QC, quality control),並將各QC參數之變化以時間序列表達,提供給資料使用者參考。除此之外,本研究也將針對各站QC的結果參數進行分析,以量化瞭解不同效應(如多路徑、周波脫落、電離層、儀器電路等)對資料品質的影響。;The quality of GNSS positioning is related to a number of error factors. To obtain high-precision positioning results, we need to identify the main error sources impacting the quality of GNSS observation data. In GNSS data processing, multi-path, cycle slips, atmospheric delays and quasi-random errors are the main sources that can deteriorate the quality of the observations and subsequently, the quality of positioning results. Teqc (Estey and Meerterns, 1999) is a comprehensive toolkit for solving many problems when preprocessing GNSS data, including quality checking of GPS and/or GLONASS data (native binary, BINEX, or RINEX observation files, with or without navigation files with ephemerides). In this study we will use Teqc to do the data quality control (QC) of continuous GPS stations in Taiwan, making plots of time series of QC results that will provide information of daily RINEX data quality to potential data users and network administrators.;研究期間:10402~10412
