    Abstract: 本計畫擬規劃探討不同來源之泥渣類廢棄物以及非有害之廢棄保溫材料製備無機聚合材料之可行性,研究對象主要以細泥/底泥、淨水污泥、排煙脫硫污泥、副產石灰及隔熱棉(保溫棉)等含矽、鋁及鈣鹽之廢棄資材,藉由控制不同之調質方式、含水量、鹼性活化劑種類及濃度等操作條件下,探討無機聚合材料之特性變化影響,以期建立可行之操作策略,提供未來放射性廢棄物安定化/穩定化技術應用之參考。此外,計畫亦嘗試以生命週期評估方法,建立不同來源之泥渣類廢棄物及非有害之廢棄保溫材料製備為無機聚合材料之碳足跡,以供未來廢棄物處理及無機聚合材料技術應用與發展之管理策略參考。;This research investigates the feasibility of geopolymer produced from various kinds of sludge, residual wastes, and non-hazardous heat insulating materials containing silica, aluminum, and calcium. Silt/sediment, water purification sludge, flue gas desulfurization (FGD) sludge, by-product lime, and heat insulation cotton were studied in this research. The characteristics of geopolymer were also discussed by controlling amended conditions, water addition, type and concentration of alkaline activators. The results of this research could provide important information for fixation/stabilization of radioactive waste in the future. Meanwhile, this research will establish the carbon footprints of geopolymer produced from various kinds of sludge, residual wastes, and non-hazardous heat insulating materials by life cycle analysis (LCA). The results of carbon footprint could also provide the information for establishing management strategies of waste treatment and geopolymer technology application.;研究期間:10401~10412
