    摘要: 由預鑄結構體的生命週期來看,良好的建築結構設計除了規劃設計之外,預鑄混凝土廠於廠區預鑄成品時,材料、設備和施工為構成建築結構體單元成品極為重要的元素外,並將節能減碳導入預鑄混凝土廠做進一步提升品質水準,將此課題當成本研究的主軸,透過對混凝土預鑄廠更深入的了解,藉由導入碳足機盤查統計及降低排碳的能源節省成本策略;作為論文研究的主要方向。
      為了探討預鑄混凝土廠之成品的節能減碳之效益,本研究針對預鑄混凝土之工料分析作為基本的程序著手了解,除了既有已存在行之有年的相關項目及方法之外,更進一步的導入成本之因素,輔助碳排量計算提供較為完整性的決策因子,透過初步的歸類與後續的專案案例相關分析作業與國外相關相同之混凝土預鑄資料比較;將有利於本研究之可性度的提升。
      有了龐大的檢測資料後,更針對不同的建築結構行為而做分群分析,從不同的構造與不同材料用料的檢測資料中找尋其中的關係,更透過相同的常用材料的檢測分析結果進行碳排量的排序,從排序的結果可以初步看出預鑄混凝土與普通現澆混凝土所不同的,在經費使用上的一個客觀與合理性,最後的分析也加入社會責任指標一起做綜合性的考量與評估,以達成本研究的完整性。
      分析建築混凝土預鑄相關的資料後,資料的後續建置與可回饋機制也為本研究最後的討論項目,透過混凝土預鑄於建築結構的生命週期系統建置的概念,研擬出一套專屬於預鑄系統使用最佳節能減碳的預鑄混凝土材料,透過此研究將可以為混凝土預鑄廠在不同的混凝土材料所做的工項資料,並後續將多年度的資料建置完整性的圖資資料或維護決策參考,以供業界對於未來建築結構的生命週期維護及整建經費的比較排序,因此在往後的材料運用及選擇時將可以更客觀與合理的回饋給營運者。
    ;The research is focused on the addition of energy conservation and carbon reduction into precast concrete plant to improve the level of quality further. Application of the cost efficiency with the introduction of carbon calculator for the “carbon footprint” and lowering carbon emission strategies is further explored. During the life cycle of precast structure, a good structure design incorporates not only the planning and design, but also its materials, equipment, and construction, which make up the important elements in preparing the final products in the precast concrete plant.
      To better understand the finished product of precast concrete plant of energy conservation and carbon reduction benefits, this study begins with a basic operational analyses of the precast concrete components. The existing related operation standards and methods is examined. In addition, cost efficiency and carbon calculator is included for a better comprehensive decision. The reliability of the study will be strengthened through a preliminary classification and a subsequent case study, including related research information from overseas.
      A huge collection of test data is to be used for analyzing the clustering analysis based on the structural behavior, finding the relationship between different structures and materials, and sorting out the carbon emission order through commonly used materials, which can determine the preliminary different results comparing the precast concrete and the ordinary in-situ concrete for an object and rationale spending control. In order to achieve the integrity of the cost analysis, indicators of social responsibility is included for a comprehensive consideration and evaluation.
      The last topics of the research are to establish a continuing monitoring data base and a feedback mechanism as a result of the analysis of precast concrete related information. This research is trying to propose a unique precast system of specialized precast concrete materials for the better result of the energy conservation and carbon reduction during the life cycle of a building structure. This research will be able to provide a variety of material information, a continuing and comprehensive material informational data base, and a better decision making reference. The business owners can make a more object and reasonable decisions based on the life cycle of building structure materials and maintenance cost savings in the future.
