本論文利用結構光三維視覺量測法量測齒模,首先我們用白光投影器產生近似平行光,投影到光柵產生多線結構光光條,再以CCD影像擷取系統,擷取下光條的偏移後的圖像,再以MATLAB軟體計算出每條光條的偏移變化,換算成高度,並將高度代入回細化後的圖像,得到細化線條上齒模的高度,最後並以數位游標尺量測出的高度值比較精準度。此系統結構簡單且成本低廉,並能全畫面的高度量測,也有具有相當的精確度。 This thesis employed the Structured-Light Vision Sensor surfaceMeasurement system to analyze surface of false teeth。 Observe lines on surface of false teeth。By using MATLAB 7.04 to calculate departure of lines。Conversion of departure of line to high of line。The system is a simple structure,it's cost is cheap。It can surfaceMeasurement of frame。High of line is very Accuracy。
