    摘要: 企業在現今全球化的影響下,採購環境產生快速的變化,愈突顯出採購決策之重要性;而供應商的選擇更關係著企業的發展,良好的供應商管理除了能在實值上提高企業的收益,最大的優點在於效率之提昇及供應鏈之間資訊的快速傳遞,使得企業運作順暢,並同時獲得更多的選擇與服務。對製造商而言,供應商對於產品的成本、品質、技術以及新產品上市的時間有很大的影響,供應商漸漸成為重要的資源。因此,如何在供應鏈環境中選擇適當的供應商,一直是企業的重要決策。
    本研究主要針對塑膠射出成型機產業作為研究範圍,以本研究個案公司為主要對象。因塑膠射出成型機的組成零件繁多,故以主要核心零件伺服節能系統為探討的對象。本研究運用層級分析法(analytic hierarchy process, AHP)建構伺服節能系統供應商的評選模式。依據文獻探討中學者所提出之影響供應商評選之關鍵因素加以彙整,再應用專家訪談及問卷調查的方式,歸納出各構面及準則之間的權重高低,據以建構出伺服節能系統供應商評選之模式,以提供個案公司決策者參考,做為挑選合作夥伴之基礎。
    ;Under the influence of the globalization, the purchasing environment of the enterprise is changing at a high speed, which indicates the importance of the purchasing decisions; and the selection of the supplier even relates to the development of enterprise. In addition to improving the income of the enterprise in real value, the biggest advantage of good supplier management is the improvement of the efficiency and quick transmission of information between the supply chains to make the enterprise operate smoothly and get more options and services at the same time. For the manufacturers, suppliers has a great impact on the product′s cost, quality, technology and the time-to-market of the new product, and gradually become an important resource. Therefore, how to select the appropriate suppliers in the environment of the supply chains is always the important decision of an enterprise.
    This research mainly focuses on the plastic injection molding machine industry, taking the case companies of the research as the main objects. Because the plastic injection molding machine is composed of many parts, we mainly take the core part which is the energy-saving system as the study object. This study applies the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to construct the selection model of the supplier of the energy-saving system. Sort and arrange on the basis of the key factors affecting the selection of suppliers which are put forward by the scholars in the discussion of the literature, and then apply the way of expert interview and questionnaire to sum up the weightiness between each aspect and the criterion, so as to construct the supplier selection model of the energy-saving system as the basis of selecting the partners for the decision makers of the case companies to refer to.
