發光二極體(LED:Light Emitting Diode)因具有省電、環保、壽命超長、反應速度快只要μS(微秒),等多項優點,未來可望取代傳統照明成為新世紀的照明光源,因此世界各國對於Solid State Lighting 皆存有相當大的期望,也陸續訂定相關規範要求業者提供適合的產品,相關製程技術研究的論文及文獻已有相當數量的累積幾十年來、LED 的製程磊晶技術早已有許多重大的突破,但是對其後續的下游封裝ヽ測試和應用設計內容至今仍不多見。 本文就LED後段的封裝著手設計應用,並與傳統封裝做一個比較,將設計應用於手機閃光燈證明光學封裝設計確實提昇光的應用效率且在固定距離之照明面上達到均勻且形狀為方形之照明分佈,證實了LED 的初階導光機構設計對光源照明的重要性。 LED(Light Emitting Diode) take advantage of power 、environmental protection、long life time、fast response time (μS) and so on, it will replace the traditional lighting, and become the new light source in the future , so every state have a lot of expectation for Solid State Lighting, and also define the orders to product proper products for manufacturers。 Many papers and conferences about the manufacturing technology has published in several tens years , and there are many great develops in expitaxy,but there are few papers about the later package、the optical testing and design applications。 In this paper is about the later LED package and design application。I will use the lens design for the flashlight of the cell phone to prove that the efficiency of light is improved and the luminance distribution plane is uniform and rectangular in the constant distance。Proving the lens design of LED is important to the illumination 。
