摘要:	摘要人力資源管理是組織重要資源，尤其在競爭激烈的金融業資訊服務部門，人力資源管理的決策正確與否，影響組織績效甚為顯著，因此本研究以個案研究方法來探討，中小型銀行資訊服務部門的人力資源政策，研究發現在現今的人力資源決策，並非一成不變就能因應，需要更具彈性且公平的決策過程，及正確的績效考核及績效評估方式，才能提振團隊士氣，降低員工流動率，對組織能有更明確的貢獻。關鍵字：人力資源管理、資訊服務部門、績效考核、績效評估、個案研究 ;Abstract Human resources management is an important resource for the organization. Especially in the highly competitive financial industry information services department. Human resource management decisions are correct, very significant impact organizational performance. Therefore, this study to explore the case study method, Medium,Small-sized banks information services sector human resources policies, The study found in today′s human resource decisions. Not invariably able to respond, We need to be more flexible and equitable decision-making process. And proper performance evaluation and performance assessment methods. To boost team morale, Reduce employee turnover, The organization can have a clearer contribution.
