    Abstract: 摘要 本文的研究目的為探討反射式相位光柵作為全像反射鏡的特性。該反射式光柵由一發散與另ㄧ收歛之球面波所形成。我們利用相位疊加法計算以發散球面波作為讀取光時繞射光強與位置對應讀取光位移之反應。並據以提出一個新式的多重光柵讀寫架構,在單一讀取光時,多重光柵之繞射光會聚於同一點,以多道讀取光讀取時,可以獲得點對點之繞射,免除空間多點串音之影響。最後,根據上述架構,我們提出一種多重串音光柵之設計,可使繞射光點之大小縮小至繞射極限以內。
