本論文主要目的在研究高功率發光二極體之導光元件,探討如何利用導光元件形成高效率與高均勻性之一維線光源或二維面光源,並將之應用於照明系統。我們以中場擬合法來發展LED的精確光學模型,並應用於一維導光元件的研究中,在導光管中,我們設計端面削角來改善目標區域之照度均勻性。此外,我們也研究具有V-cut結構之二維導光機構,以獲得高效率與均勻性之導光元件。 In this dissertation, we study in high power LEDs for the application to light guides. We apply the mid-fitting evaluation algorithm to do a high-precise optical model of the LED light source. Based on it, we design a special end-cut in a one-dimensional light guides to perform high uniformity. Besides, we study two-dimensional light guides with V-cut structure and design light guide to perform high energy efficiency and high uniformity.
