    Abstract: 光學塑膠鏡片廣泛運用在各電子產品中,其重量輕強度夠經模具射出成型可以大量生產,成型的過程中模具扮演著重要的角色,因光學鏡片需要較高的精密度,在製造和成型上難度都大幅度提升,且無固定的設計模式。本研究以實體光學塑膠鏡片,說明光學元件與一般製品設計相異處並規劃模具設計流程,依循設計流程與設計注意事項,設計模板與模仁,並運用傳統和非傳統加工機具,將模板與模仁透過分段式的加工,提高模具精密度,透過改變澆口型式作田口實驗法射出成型,來找尋最佳成型條件與澆口型式,提供標準設計與製造流程。;Optical plastic lenses are widely used in various electronic products, whose strength and light weight enabling to make mass production in mold injection molding. In the molding process, molds have played an important role. As higher precision is required, optical lenses are increasingly difficult in getting their substantial improvement in the manufacturing and molding processes. Moreover, there are no fixed design patterns. This study is to use the entity optical plastic lenses to illustrate the differences in design between optical components and general products. In addition, make plans on mold design process. By conforming to the design process and design precaution, have designs of templates and mold cores. Next, in application of traditional and non-traditional machining equipment, templates and mold cores are treated through segmented processing, which can improve the precision of molds. Finally, by changing the gate type, Taguchi experimental methods of the injection molding have been used to seek the optimum molding conditions and the gate types, providing standard designs and manufacturing processes.
