逆向工程在產品設計開發中扮演非常重要的角色，產品的外觀多變與生產製程品質的要求，也使的逆向工程應用技術的發展不斷提升，更隨著光學掃描設備的解析度提高，取得網格資料品質的準確度與精確度相對提升，更有助於應用在生產製程品質的控制，與模型建構的品質要求。本研究主要探討逆向工程應用技術的發展與產業案例的探討為主要目的，逆向應用技術將探討網格資料處理與模型建構技術為主要方法，並探討應用在產業生產製程中來提升生產品質與效率，本探討產業對象為運動鞋鞋底模具生產製程。;Reverse engineering is getting more and more important in product design. Owing to the variety of the shape design and the need for increasing the quality of the product, the development of reverse engineering technology has recently been improved substantially. The resolution of current optical scanning device has been enhanced considerably, resulting in the improvement of the accuracy and precision on the scanned data, and hence the accuracy of the surface reconstruction process and the quality of the manufacturing process. The purpose of this study is to investigate the development of reverse engineering technology and to study its application in sport shoes industry. Reverse engineering technology is primarily employed for triangular meshes preprocessing and CAD model reconstruction in this study. Specific applications of the proposed technology in sport shoes industry are described, which primarily improves the quality and efficiency of the manufacturing process. An industrial example for the design and manufacturing of die casting molds for the sport shoes industry is presented and its results are discussed.
