    Abstract: 本研究以光學量測的方式建立一套能量測水位、MLSS濃度、SS濃度及沉澱速度之量測裝置。以雷射光與Webcam作為建置量測裝置之元件,藉由拍攝雷射光投射至水體後之水體影像,利用光譜分析與影像分析技術,以所獲得的資訊來量測水位、MLSS濃度、水體中不同深度的SS濃度、及污泥沉澱速度,能以相對較為簡便的量測裝置提供多種的監測資訊,且能提供市售MLSS感測器及其所無法監測之污泥沉澱速度監測資訊。目前水位量測最大誤差值在以0.32cm內,MLSS量測誤差值約200 mg/L,SS量測誤差值13.8 mg/L,與人工檢測誤差值皆小於20%的容許誤差範圍內,並能量測污泥沉澱速度的變化,此量測裝置量測值有良好的準確性,可為系統提供有效之參考資訊作為控制判斷之依據。在連續進流之生物反應系統中,藉由監測水位來確保系統中進流與出流系統正常運作並可計算出處理廢水體積。參考MLSS濃度來瞭解每個運程中微生物生長情況並對系統可做為操作控制之參數,此外可藉由MLSS濃度之變化情形得知系統中之水體是否混合均勻。當在沉澱相時,處理系統之出流水SS濃度是一個重要的指標,故亦須量測SS濃度,並可藉由污泥之沉澱速度來瞭解系統中污泥生長情況,並可控制系統沉澱時間以增加系統處理之效率。;In this study, to establish an optical measurement device to measuring water level ,MLSS concentration, SS concentration and Sedimentation rate。The measuring device used LED, laser light and camera as a component of the building。Use of image analysis techniques to obtained information ,and used the information measuring water level ,MLSS concentration, SS concentration and Sedimentation rate。The simple measuring device could be monitoring a variety of information。The experimental results, the maximum water level measured error values to 0.32cm, MLSS measurement error is 200 mg/L, SS measurement error is 13.8 mg /L. Furthermore, the measuring device can provide sludge sedimentation rate information that general MLSS sensor unable to monitor。
