    Abstract: 無線網路通訊產品發展愈來愈迅速,是一種趨勢也是主流,這為資訊產業帶來一片生機,使用範圍可普及到軍事領域運用、商業領域運用、醫療面應用、運輸及物流領域、生活上…等之應用,由於應用範圍之廣大,網路科技產品也是生活上不可或缺的必須品。
    本研究針對無線網路卡(Wireless Internet USB Card)進行可靠度壽命預估試驗(MTBF;Mean Time Between Failures;平均故障間隔時間),以商業標準(Bellcore, 即為Telcordia的前身)來探討無線網路卡,預估產品壽命水準。
    ;With the trend of Wireless Networking Products developing rapidly, it brings the great efficiency to IT industry such as the use on militaries, commerce, medical applications, transportations, logistics, life.... and so on. Since the applicable range is expanded, Wireless Networking Products also become one of the necessities of life.
    Internet technology services and products have changed the way of human life. Wireless LAN Card is also an important part of Wireless Communication Products. To the development and the manufacture of Wireless Network Products, the turning points of business to success are not only compactness, pretty appearance and convenient operation but also product reliability and life expectancy. Products with long life span represent good quality, high durability and also enhance competitiveness on the market. Moreover, the company can build the good image for the brand and becomes the first ideal choice to the consumers.
    The study is aimed to Wireless Internet USB Card experimented with the test of MTBF(Mean Time Between Failures) and the analysis on its estimation of the product life span by Telcordia(Telcordia was formerly known as Bellcore).
    The estimated life span must meet the warranty period of the customers’ requirement. According to the analysis of experiment, the product with higher temperature and stress of electronic are estimated to be with shorter life span. Therefore, this study will be helpful to companies for doing the reliability prediction and experiments. Furthermore, it can give the direction for product improvement.
