    Abstract:   未經鍍膜處理的光學系統,因界面反射的緣故,致最後的穿透光所剩不多,為了克服這種可謂黯淡無光的問題,於是需要抗反射膜(Anti-Reflection Coating), 經過ARC處理的光學系統,不但可以提高穿透率,同時也大大減少光在元件間連續反射的量,使影像明晰度增加。   本論文以溶膠凝膠法製做具有MFI結構的純二氧化矽沸石溶膠(Silicalite-1),再以旋轉塗佈鍍膜機在光學玻璃基板上鍍製單層膜,由於此膜的多孔結構,可以具有比一般二氧化矽材料還要低的折射率,可以用來製作抗反射膜。 我們改變不同的實驗參數,來製作對應不同中心波長的抗反射膜,並以掃描式電子顯微鏡觀察其表面結構、以接觸角儀測量其親水性程度,並加以分析比較。   Since the reflection of the boundary , the transparency of the optical system that not been coated will lower . In order to solve the problem , we need ARC(Anti-Reflection Coating). The optical system that been coated with Anti-Reflection film not only can enhance the transparency but also can reduce the consecutive reflection between optical devices , it can make the image clearer .   In this master thesis , we manufacture Silicalite-1 sol which has MFI structure of zeolite through Sol-Gel method . We can get a single layer thin film coated on optical glass substrate by operating spin-coater . Due to the microporous structure of the film , its refractive index will lower than normal silicate film without porous structure , and therefore we can make anti-reflection films that have higher transparency .   We manufacture anti-reflection films corresponding different central wavelength by altering experiment , then observe surface structure with field emission scanning electron microscope , gauge the character of hydrophile with contact amgle instrument.
