Abstract:	要有效進行組織的綠色管理，應該要由組織內部將各部門依其資源運用任務，分為管理單位、操作單位。在組織運作的時候，由外而內，層層進行分析。藉由觀察各單位每一項資源運用活動的過程，進行系統分析，建立資源活動的綠色指標系統，提供組織管理人員做為綠色管理決策性的參考依據，並時時監測、控制系統運作，才能有效執行組織綠色管理。;To effectively carry out green management organizations, it should be made to the various departments within the organization in accordance with its mandate the use of resources, divided into management units, operating units. When the operation of the organization, from outside to inside, the layers were analyzed. Each use of resources by observing the activities of each unit process, system analysis, system of indicators to establish green resource activities, there is provided as a green organization and management personnel management decisions of reference, and constantly monitor, control system operation in order to effective implementation of green management organization.
