    Abstract: 隨著社會經濟的發展,國內的道路建設中橋梁及高架快速道路所佔的比例日趨升高,部分特殊橋樑還兼具有景觀的特殊功能。由於工程技術與設計能力不斷提升,近年來國內多座橋梁採用鋼床鈑設計,而跨徑大、特殊造型之橋梁亦不斷增加,鋼床鈑橋梁與一般傳統混凝土版橋梁勁度相差甚大,要如何有效的減少各種承擔載重,為鋼床鈑橋梁的重要課題。 鋪面主要之目的為提供一安全平坦且有足夠強度及耐久性的路面,使各種交通能安全、舒適的行駛於其上。而橋樑通常位於交通匯集地點或位居聯絡要道,因此所必須承受的環境更為嚴峻。然而鋼床鈑在受到車輪載重時會產生的局部變形較大,且由於鋼材較易受到外在天候環境的影響,必須加以特別的防護,故國外在面對鋼床鈑鋪面的需求特性及施工要求亦與一般橋梁鋪面有所差異。台灣地區位處海島國家,雨量豐沛,因此鋼床鈑的橋面面臨更為嚴峻的考驗。 本研究主要目的在探討各種種瀝青混凝土鋪面材料應用於鋼鈑橋上的相關成效評估,利用實驗室中的成效試驗,配合橋樑結構分析,探討台灣地區適用的鋼鈑橋型態,並將Guss瀝青混凝土配合設計落實於台灣地區。 經實驗室各項試驗結果分析後,顯示使用Guss瀝青混凝土應用於鋼床鈑上,確實具有較佳的撓曲變形,且的確具有不透水性,適合用於台灣高溫、多雨氣候地區的鋼床鈑鋪装。 Because of the growing economic, in Taiwan, the proportion of bridges and viaduct (high ways) is increasing in the road construction. Some unusual bridges also have the function to landscape. Due to the continually new technology and the advancing design ability, most of bridges use steel plate deck bridges in recent years. Also, there are more and more bridges have larger span and unusual model. And, the strength of steel plate deck bridges is much different with traditional concrete plate deck bridges. How to decrease the loads that the bridges can accept effectively is the most important issue for steel plate deck bridge. The primary purpose to pave on the roads is to offer a road which is safe and flat for driving, and also have enough strengths and lastingness. Moreover, bridges usually are located at major traffic sites and connected with other main routes. So, they have to face stricter environment. However, the partly transformation is larger when the steel plate deck get the weight from wheels. And, the material is easier to be affected by the weather factors. Therefore, they need to be protected specially and carefully. In other countries, the request of construction between steel plate deck bridges and traditional bridges are a lot of different. Taiwan is located near seas and has abundant rains. Thus, the steel plate deck bridges will face stricter tests. This study focuses on discussing and evaluating the related results of using every kind of asphalt concrete on the steel plate deck bridges. Also, using the tests from the labs, and the analyses of bridges structures to find which type is suitable for Taiwan. Moreover, the study intends to implement the Guss asphalt concrete mixtures used for trial construction in Taiwan. According the results of the testes, it has better bents when using Guss asphalt concrete on steel plate deck. Furthermore, it really has non pervious to water, and it is suitable for Taiwan’s humid and high temperature.
