    Abstract: 利用聚光鏡來將大面積的太陽光,匯聚到小面積的太陽能電池接受面上,是現今對III-V族太陽能電池由於成本昂貴,故製作大面積不易的解決方法。然而由於現今市面上的聚光鏡,大多只著重於能高效率的匯聚太陽光,但卻忽略了太陽光在匯聚到太陽能電池上後,能量分布不均的現象,而其可能會導致某處光電轉換效果不彰,抑或是會有過熱的現象。 故在本篇論文中,我們對於現行的III-V族太陽能電池的聚光鏡,作了一系列對於低倍率和高倍率皆能有高傳輸效率和能量均勻化分布之聚光鏡設計,並對其可行性作量測實驗與探討。 我們將聚光鏡設計為一折射型的Fresnel lens,因折射式的聚光鏡能比反射式的對角度和色散有更高的容忍度。在此一Fresnel lens上有各種不同角度的稜鏡,用來將太陽光折射到電池上不同的位置,以達到均勻化分布的效果。在100倍聚光的情形下,光學上的理想傳輸效率可以達到99%以上。而在電池接收面上,也可達到均勻化分布之效果。此外在入射光角度達到2°時,其光學傳輸效率也還有62.4%。而在高倍率400倍時,理想的光學傳輸效率同也能達到99%以上。 在量測部分,我們利用雷射和探照燈對委外製作出的聚光鏡分別作單點對稱和廣域均勻度量測。在低倍率時可由量測結果看出設計結果之可行性,有達到高效率和均勻化分布的效果。但在高倍率時,可看出由於倍率增高的關係其對角度容忍度不大,所以在最後我們設計了第二個光學元件,能夠有效的提升其對2°角的效率。A high-efficiency and uniformity 100X solar concentrator is designed, fabricated and measured in this paper. This concentrator is adopted as refractive type of the Fresnel lens due to the larger angular tolerance than reflective type. This Fresnel lens is composed of several small micro prisms with pitch of 180 μm. Each micro prism has its own prism angle which can deflect the sun light to the corresponding place on the solar cell, resulting very high uniformity and high transmission efficiency more than 99 %. The diamond turning method is employed in the fabrication of this proposed concentrator with overall diameter of 10 cm. The corresponding measurement results show high uniformity and coincidence of the designed structure. In the final, we proposed a second optics for enlarging the angular tolerance to 2°.
