    Abstract: 隨著Google Earth等三維地理資訊網路系統與平台的普及,三維數位城市模型的能見度 與相關應用也與日俱增。台灣地區各縣市政府除了建置數值地形圖之外,部分地方政府已在都 會區開始建置多尺度的三維數位城市模型。目前三維城市模型的房屋物件,大多利用立體航測 或以千分之一數值地形圖作為底圖建立而成。建築物立面(牆面)的影像得仰賴人員赴現場拍 攝或使用虛擬材質貼圖。立面資料取得之後,仍須耗費大量的人力以半自動化的方式進行三維 模型的組建與紋理敷貼。其中數值地形資料獲取目前主要是以航空攝影測量(航測)輔以光達 ;As Google Earth and similar 3D Geographic Information Systems become more and more popular, the public awareness of three-dimensional (3D) digital city models and their applications has also increased significantly.
