Abstract:	地質法實施後，主管機關須配合地質敏感區的劃設，活動斷層的位置判斷，直接影響了地質敏感區的劃定，由於地質敏感區之劃定，將影響未來的土地開發行為；因此調查更精確的斷層位置，及了解斷層可能的影響範圍，成為目前階段活動斷層調查的主要重點。本計畫的目的包括：配合地質鑽井資料，補充收集斷層長期的變動速率於活動斷層可能通過位置、以物理方式為主，進行斷層位置精進調查，將成果數化於至少1/5000比例尺精度之圖資上，並評估調查成果斷層位置、影響範圍與誤差程度，掌握斷層位置與可能影響範圍的分布情況，以及嘗試評估每年至少一條標;For the purposes of hazard mitigation, it is very important to map the fault track in order to delineate the fault susceptible zone.
