    Abstract: 本計畫為研究石墨烯奈米結構以及改質後之異質接面結構於載子傳輸特性,並整合石墨烯於發 展下世代奈電子元件(graphene-based electronics)之應用。雖然許多研究已經可以利用石墨烯在高頻元 件(radio frequency transistor)上獲得良好的應用,然而石墨烯之本質材料在缺乏能隙的情況下,因此 無法製作高速之邏輯電晶體元件(logic device),這將限制其在積體電路之發展。而石墨烯奈米帶結構 (graphene nanoribbon, GNR)可以打開並調控能隙(0.;In this project, we investigate the electrical transport property on graphene nano-ribbon(GNR) and the heterostructure made by the plasma functionalization.
