Abstract:	自1990 年來，台灣的愛滋體制以公衛手段將愛滋傳染入罪化，把感染者當嫌疑犯列管。 2007 年愛滋醫療照護被整合入列管體制，開啟了以「愛滋個案管理師」制度主導的醫療治理。本計畫將以「後冷戰台灣的愛滋例外操作」為主軸，在一個逐步透過科技重構 HIV之物質性的社會環境中，分別就醫療照護知識生產、感染者帶病經驗以及愛滋罪刑化等三個面向，探討歷史當下的生命政治運作與治理模式如何在愛滋防治與「防制」間開展，以刻畫本地愛滋列管體制所衍生、以順服治療並積極自制為絕對價值之道德公民權。在第一年的計畫裡，我將分;Since 1990, HIV transmission has been criminalized in Taiwan under the regime of HIV/AIDS control operationalized by public health.
