Abstract:	本計畫中我們提出了一個智慧型電腦視覺輔助長期照護系統，有鑑於長期照護中最重要的乃屬人力資源問題，若能以智慧型電腦視覺系統輔助長期照護的工作，預期將能有效減少人力資源的負擔，以長期效益觀之，將節省大量的人力與財力。由於以傳統CCD攝影機為主的現行監控系統無法在黑暗的環境中實行，因此對於許多在黑暗中發生的狀況將無法進行運作，例如家中常見的人員跌倒事件，在黑暗的環境下以CCD攝影機為主的傳統監控系統將出現極大的漏洞。有鑑於此，本計畫以熱感應攝影機偵測作為偵測夜間的前景人物，當有人類跌倒事件發生時，本系統即發出警;In this project, we propose an intelligent computer vision based long-term care aiding system.
