    Abstract: 行星齒輪機構在重負載傳動設計上雖可透過均載機構的設計予以補償加工與組裝誤 差,以滿足均載要求,但整體機構在負載下,機械組件包括齒輪、銷軸、托架等皆會受負 載產生變形,從而造成接觸齒面負載分佈不均。此一問題多以齒面修整方式加以解決,但 若無法精準分析修整後之接觸齒面負載變化,則齒面修整後反而狀況更嚴重。 本計畫延續前期 99~101 年度計畫之行星齒輪負載分析之研究成果,以三年為期聚焦於 「齒面修整」之主題,針對齒面修整行星齒輪傳動機構之負載分析問題持續進行深入研究, 以期能建立一套完整行星齒輪傳動機構之齒;Although even load sharing of planetary gear drives can be achieved by using load balance mechanisms to compensate different manufacturing and assembly errors, the mechanical parts, e.g. gears, pin shafts and carriers, however, will be deformed under load;研究期間:10408~10507
