    Abstract: 平板式固態氧化物燃料電池(pSOFC)系統在運轉時,隨著工作溫度改變,由於不同組件間具有不同的熱膨脹係數值,加上工作環境溫度分佈不均勻,因而會產生不可忽視的熱應力。對電池堆封裝用之玻璃陶瓷接合劑而言,熱應力可以促進玻璃陶瓷材料既存孔隙或缺陷成長為較大的裂縫造成組件的洩漏或破損,降低電池的效率。在高溫運轉階段,熱應力的長久作用,亦會造成電池堆接合件受到潛變機制作用的影響,產生過大變形甚至斷裂的可能。SOFC電池堆長期在高溫氧化及還原二種工作環境氣氛下運作,此二種環境氣氛對玻璃陶瓷接合劑的化學穩定性會有不同的;Planar solid oxide fuel cells (pSOFCs) operate at a high-temperature range of 650°C to 800°C in a direct conversion process such that they have the highest efficiencies of all fuel cells.
