    Title: 工業4.0環境中商業流程的分析與設計

    Abstract: 現今雲端傳輸技術進步,資訊流通與轉換相對快速與即時。因此,顧客需求環境轉換為小量且需求快速多樣;為因應快速變化的環境,以代工業為主的台灣,如何有效持續確保維持製造面的優勢、縮短產品開發與上市時間,成為近幾年業界討論的主要課題之ㄧ。
    2011年德國在漢諾瓦工業博覽會(EMO)中提出「工業4.0」的科技發展概念,希望導入製造業的電腦化、數位化與智慧化,提升小量客制化生產能力與結合智能生產技術; 將所有工業相關的技術、銷售與產品體驗統合,將工廠組合成具有適應性、資源效率、及人因工程學的智慧工廠(Smart Factory)系統,用以因應變化快速且多樣的需求環境,同時也可以有效的管控生產成本,避免資源浪費。
    為此,國內各代工製造業競相成立自動化團隊,建立自動化方案導入和開發。探討如何運用智慧整合感控系統(Cyber-Physical System, CPS)、物聯網 (Internet of Things, IoT)及服聯網(Internet of Services, IoS),建構出有智慧意識的新型工業系統。
    智慧工廠,將會是製造業的下一個重點里程碑。本研究將著重於俱備智慧意識的新型工業系統下,企業流程將會有什麼改變與適應。研究將使用ARIS分析方法,針對在工業4.0的環境中,針對企業流程需要做的調適分析與設計。 希望透過企業流程管理(Business Process Management, BPM) 優化現有的企業流程,讓企業可以更有系統、精確且快速地導入4.0的概念。
    ;Rapid information exchanging and flow is accounting for current advanced technology. For this, current market that fits customer’s demanding is becoming small, fast-streaming and, with varied capacities. Taiwan, with its OEM industry basis, is facing multiple difficulties, such as effectively sustaining the manufacturing advantages, and shortening the time for product developing and launching. These issues are becoming heated topics of industry field in recent years.
    In Germany, on 2011 Hannover Messe, the technology developing concept of “Industry 4.0” was proposed, and in which, the concept was hoped to lift up various dimensions of Manufacture Industry, for example, computerization, digitalization, intelligence, small-customized manufacturing ability, and intelligent combination technology. With this concept, it integrates all manufacture related technologies, selling and products application experience. The goal is to make consisting parts of factory more adaptable, efficient in resource application, and a smart factory with artificial intelligence which can respond to fast changing environment plus multiple demands, and, at the same time, effectively control production cost without further resource wasting.
    In considering of the reason mentioned above, OEM industries in Taiwan are eagerly set up automation team to guide, establish, and develop their own automation plan. Their aim is to figure out the way of how to apply Cyber-Physical System, Internet of Things, and Internet of Service all together to build new factory system with its own intelligent conception.
    Smart Factory will be the next crucial landmark of manufacture industry. The thesis is to examine changes and adaptation of business process under new factory system combined with its intelligent conception. ARIS methodology will be implemented in this thesis and focused on business process under environment of Industry of 4.0. It analyses process adjustments and sets models for business processes. Through Business Process Management, it can optimize current business process to combine industry with “Industry 4.0” in a systematical and precise approach.
