    Title: 中小型風力發電系統故障診斷研究;Fault diagnosis analysis of small and medium size wind turbines

    Abstract: 近年來,全球風電市場成長快速,大型風力發電以替代基載電力為主,而中小型風力發電主要作為小型家用式分散電源及偏遠地區電力來源,未來風力機市場仍深具發展潛力。風力發電機除了追求性能提升外,應用時之首要考量即是安全性,而風機如有突發故障,維修一次即花費許多的精力、時間與營運成本。故本系列計畫之長遠目標在發展風機故障診斷系統,希望能在風機發生嚴重故障之前即判斷出需要維修,以期能在故障發生的初期即能在定期維修時將問題解決,以增進風機使用時之妥善率與安全性。 本研究延續104年度執行計畫之成果,發展風機故障診斷訊號判讀分析,以期將來可以應用於核研所150kW風機平台自我故障診斷系統。研究方法為利用有限元素法或其它方法模擬分析風機傳動系統之振動行為,再將模擬得到之結果與實驗結果作比較,以驗證其正確性。本計畫之重點為比對無故障與故障齒輪箱或主軸振動時的時域或頻域響應之差異,選擇適當之訊號分析方法與規則,希望能由振動訊號診斷出齒輪箱中之齒輪或主軸軸承是否有異常狀況,以便適時停機檢修,避免更大的損壞產生。 本計畫將可以協助上位計畫進行風機開發與設計,以及提出可能之改善建議,亦能訓練與培養有關理論分析或模擬分析技術之人才,並在與上位計畫充分合作下,預期能建立風機故障診斷系統資料庫,未來可提供風電系統商運轉維護之重要參考,提升風力發電系統城市應用之可靠度。  ;The research will focus on the fault detection of a wind turbine. The project, an extension of 2015 project, will study the dynamic characteristics of subsystems, gearbox and bearing, in the wind turbine. The vibration responses of the gearbox or bearing were predicted by theoretical methods or by using finite element software in the last year. These vibration signals were obtained for normal or malfunction subsystems. The differences between two types of signals will be found by adopting appropriate signal processing methods. The results of the project can provide the primary information for future development of condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system of wind turbines. ;研究期間:10503 ~ 10512
