    摘要: 平板式固態氧化物燃料電池(pSOFC)系統在運轉使用時,隨著工作溫度的改變,由於不同組件間具有不同的熱膨脹係數值,加上工作環境溫度分佈不均勻,因而會產生不可忽視的熱應力。雖然在某些情況下,此熱應力不致使pSOFC組件產生瞬間破損,然而在長時間定期開機、停機、暖機循環作動下,會使得由玻璃陶瓷封裝接合劑與金屬連接板接合而成的接合件發生熱機疲勞現象而造成過度變形產生氣漏或甚至斷裂,降低發電效率並縮短pSOFC電池堆使用壽命。因此,對pSOFC電池堆接合件進行熱機疲勞分析,將是開發pSOFC電池堆不可或缺的步驟。依此,配合核研所開發平板式SOFC發電系統,本計畫將對核研所開發之玻璃陶瓷封裝接合劑與金屬連接板之接合件進行氧化及還原環境下之熱機疲勞試驗,探討環境效應對pSOFC電池堆接合件熱機疲勞行為的影響,作為核研所設計pSOFC電池堆組件結合之參考,並協助核研所發展改善pSOFC電池堆接合件結構可靠度之技術。 ;Planar solid oxide fuel cells (pSOFCs) operate at a high-temperature range of 650°C to 800°C in a direct conversion process such that they have the highest efficiencies of all fuel cells. The high-temperature operation, however, gives rise to significant thermal stresses in the pSOFC system due to thermal mismatch between components. Such thermal stresses can cause significant deformation and damages in the components and degrade the structural integrity and electrochemical performance of pSOFC stacks under long-term operation. In particular, thermo-mechanical fatigue could take place in the joint of glass-ceramic sealant and metallic interconnect, leading to unpredictable, considerable deformation and rupture. The purpose of this study is thus to characterize the effects of working environment on the thermo-mechanical fatigue behavior of the glass-ceramic sealant/metallic interconnect joint in pSOFC systems. In particular, thermo-mechanical fatigue testing of the glass-ceramic sealant/metallic interconnect joint will be conducted in both oxidizing and hydrogen-containing, reducing environments for assessment of the long-term structural durability of the given joint specimens under pSOFC operating conditions. Based on the experimental results, an appropriate thermo-mechanical fatigue life assessment model for pSOFC stack joints will be developed and applied to the pSOFC system being developed at the Institute of Nuclear Energy Research. ;研究期間:10502 ~ 10512
