    Abstract: 以人力資源為主的監造服務業,員工薪資佔公司總營運成本之大宗。在國內工程顧問公司、建築師事務所從事監造服務者眾多,如何在此競爭激烈的環境下,保持產業競爭力,以迅速、有效率、最節省成本的方式調派人員,使公司能夠永續經營,實為營運管理者重要之課題。本研究針對一監造專案所需人力需求,利用線性整數規劃最佳化模式,以求得不同類型監造人員執行不同工作項目之人力調派工作,提供決策者調派人力之參考。
    ;For construction supervision service industry mainly based on human resource, employee’s earnings account for high percentage of the company’s total operating cost. How to maintain industrial competitiveness in such environment of fierce competition, arrange manpower dispatching with quick, efficient and economical ways, and enable the company to be in sustainable operation will be an important issue for operating managers in lots of construction supervision service providers in domestic engineering consultant companies and architect offices. This study aimed at manpower demand for a construction supervision project by using optimal model of linear integer programming to acquire manpower dispatching when different types of construction supervisors perform different working items, so as to provide for decision maker’s reference.
    For solution method, this model followed analysis of manpower dispatching restricted by construction supervision agreement to set parameter for each constraint in accordance with various restrictions, such as different types of construction supervisors, performance of working items and working hours, and then input LINGO12.0 software package for direct results of optimized construction supervision cost model. This model used a single construction supervision project as a test example to compare the difference between this optimized research model and human experience in the dispatching, displaying the model more effective and cost control. Therefore, this study can be flexibly applied to manpower dispatching issue and for project manager’s reference of manpower dispatching.
