    Abstract: 通過專業認證的實驗室,除了對試驗結果報告有非常嚴格的要求,另外還包括試驗與校正件之處理、試驗與校正方法及方法確認、人員的管理、設備維護、保養等。為了有效的整合及管理龐大的資料,建置「實驗室資訊管理」是重要的途徑。
    本研究係利用統一塑模語言(Universal Modeling Language;UML)以合約審查管理系統為發展模式,針對符合客戶所需的即時性服務,建置一套實驗室資訊系統架構,藉由此系統自動化的導入能有效簡化工作流程、提高服務效率,即時快速的提供顧客服務,最終提升實驗室服務品質。
    ;Accredited laboratories are not only extremely stringent towards test results and reports but also demand the quality of specimen testing and calibration, testing and calibration methods and method confirmation, personnel management, and equipment maintenance and repair. Subsequently, establishing laboratory information management is essential to collate and management large amounts of data effectively.

    The development of management information systems (MIS) has gained considerable attention and application amidst the continuous improvement of information technology. The goal of laboratories is no longer the mere presentation of results. Laboratories now strive to meet client demands. To remain relevant in an increasingly competitive environment and improve the efficiency and quality of services required by clients, laboratories should adopt suitable management strategies to provide high-quality, instantaneous, and convenient services. This is a key challenge that laboratories must resolve in order to achieve sustainable operations.

    Based on the development model of contract review management systems, the unified modeling language (UML) was used to establish a laboratory information system framework that provides clients with instantaneous services. The automated import function of the proposed system simplifies work procedures and improves service efficiency, thereby providing clients with fast and timely services and ultimately improving the service quality of laboratories.
