    Abstract: 本論文以微處理器為核心設計出一橋式訊號量測模組,可以量測
    各種橋式訊號;在此主要搭配荷重元(Load Cell)架設微量電子秤,
    搭配新式演算法預測穩定數值。荷重元的秤重系統可以簡化為一維二
    階的spring-damper-mass 系統,其待秤物則是一固定外力視為Unit
    step 訊號,利用演算法中Lattice Filter 來鑑別出系統的動態特性
    與Lattice Parameter,再使用Lattice Predictor 預測出待測物的
    收斂值。實驗並分析與討論其數據,最後與平均法做比較確實能夠達
    到加速讀值與提高精度之效能。;In this study, use microcontroller to design a bridge-type
    signal measurement module, with load cell to set up a
    micro-electronic scale. Use a new algorithms to predict stable
    value of signal. Load cell system can be simplified as
    one-dimensional second order spring-damper-mass system, and
    the object is fixed forced to system as a unit-step signal.
    Using Lattice Filter algorithms to identify system dynamic
    characteristics and Lattice form parameter, then use the
    Lattice Predictor to predicted convergence value of the system.
    Experiment and Analysis and discussion the data, compare with
    moving average method. The module with algorithms can be read
    faster and improve accuracy.
