    Title: 具有色溫可調且高演色性的LED手術燈模組之研究

    Abstract: 本論文主要是設計一種具有色溫可調且高演色性特性的雙反射罩型式的LED手術燈單元與模組。為使LED光源模組品質較穩定,我們考慮選取日亞公司的兩種高演色性白光LED與五種特定顏色的LED進行分析與搭配組合,以滿足在調變四種特定色溫3,500 K、4,000 K、4,500 K及5,000 K時,演色性指數均能在92.5以上。我們利用色溫與演色性關係式,建立演算程式,在特定色溫下進行LED搭配組合分析,經過演算,數種不錯的LED搭配組合被選定。同時,為滿足手術燈照明需求,設計雙反射罩中的LED光源分佈與調控方式。最後使用光學模擬軟體進行模擬與驗證,根據軟體模擬結果顯示除色溫與色彩均勻度外,整體色溫、演色性及光通量的模擬結果與演算程式的計算結果其相對誤差皆在1%以內。至於色溫與色彩均勻度問題,在使用數個手術燈單元並調整適當的搭配角度,也獲得適當的解決。換言之,本論文成功建立一種具有色溫可調變且高演色性特性的雙反射罩型式的LED手術燈模組設計技術,它可有效地協助設計高演色性和可調色溫的手術燈模組。;This thesis indicated that the LED surgical lamp modules of dual-reflector which color temperature is adjustable with high color rendering index feature. In order to achieve a higher quality of LED light source modules, we chose the Nichia’s LED and analyzed the methods of mixed light that was combined two kinds of high color rendering index white LED and five colors LED. This methods color rendering index is higher than 92.5 when it is adjustable at a special color temperature, 3,500 K、4,000 K、4,500 K and 5,000 K. Using the equation expressing a relation of color temperature and color rendering index built up the algorithm program to demonstrate the numerous LED combination was chosen by LED analyzing and calculating in a particular color temperature. Moreover, the LED light source distribution and control methods of dual-reflector was designed to meet demands of surgical lighting standard. Furthermore, the result of simulating and verifying color temperature, color rendering and luminous indicated that the relative tolerances between LightTools imitation and calculation programs were less than 1 percent. The problem of color temperature and color uniformity was solved by using numerous surgical light modules and adjustable angle. In other words, this research demonstrates the technology designing of dual-reflector LED surgical lamp modules, which has adjustable color temperature and high color rendering index, assist the operation lamp module design.
